The Pharos 565 features a 3.5 inch QVGA touchscreen display, a full QWERTY, supports Bluetooth, WiFi connectivity, GPS, IrDA and 3.5mm headset jack. It’s also packed with 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, a 624MHz Marvell PXA310 processor, a 1880 mAh battery and Office Mobile. It claims to be able to survive a drop from 4-5 feet. It costs $530 and is unlocked.
